Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of "Eyesight Recovery 3D Training" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the App.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between users and the operator of the App (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the App's servers or networks
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Acts of impersonating other users
• Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or similar activities related to the App
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 3 (Suspension of App Provision)

The Operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the App without prior notice to users if any of the following circumstances are determined:

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to the App
• When it becomes difficult to provide the App due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• When the computer or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
• When the Operator determines that it is difficult to provide the App for other reasons

Article 4 (Copyright)

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the App and related content belong to the Operator or third parties with legitimate rights. Users may not reproduce, sell, publish, or otherwise use in any manner the information obtained through the use of the App without the prior consent of the Operator.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Operator shall not be liable for any of the following matters regarding the App:

• Changes in vision or effects on eye health resulting from the use of the App
• The App does not guarantee vision recovery, and effects may vary among individuals
• If you experience any eye abnormalities, please stop using the App immediately and consult an ophthalmologist
• Any damages incurred by users arising from the App
• Troubles arising between users or between users and third parties

Article 6 (Changes to Service Content)

The Operator may change or discontinue the provision of the App without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Operator may change these Terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective from the time they are displayed on the App.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
