Shared Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of apps, websites, support, updates, and related services provided by the Yoshihiko Apps operator, a sole proprietor. App-specific conditions are set out in the supplements below.

Scope

These Terms apply to the following apps and related websites, support, and updates provided by the Yoshihiko Apps operator ("we," "us," or "our").

  • Dreave
  • Visual Recovery 3D Training
  • Any future app or service that expressly refers to these Terms

If an app screen, App Store listing, or app-specific page expressly provides different terms, those app-specific terms prevail for that app to the extent of the difference.

Common Terms

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using a covered app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

  • The covered apps are generally intended for users aged 13 and over.
  • Users aged 13 to 17 should use the apps only with parental or guardian consent.
  • You agree to use the apps in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and in-app notices.

User Content

You retain ownership of text, notes, images, audio, settings, and other content you create, enter, save, or send in the apps. You grant us and the third-party services we use permission to process such content as necessary to provide app features, storage, display, analysis, support, and quality improvement.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • Reverse engineering, modification, analysis, or unauthorized access
  • Infringement of another person's rights, privacy, reputation, or credit
  • Input or use of harmful, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, violent, or illegal content
  • Use intended to harm minors
  • Interference with app, server, or third-party service operations or security
  • Using app outputs as a substitute for medical, legal, investment, or other professional judgment

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the covered apps, names, logos, designs, programs, algorithms, text, images, and other content provided by us belong to us or the rightful owners. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Billing and Purchases

If a covered app offers paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, ad removal, or additional features, prices, periods, features, free trial availability, and renewal conditions will be shown in the App Store and in the app.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed through Apple's App Store payment system and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. We do not collect credit card numbers or other payment card details.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The covered apps are provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or any specific effect or result.

If you incur damage due to our ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages up to the amount you actually paid to us for the covered app during the 12 months immediately preceding the event. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, damage to life or body, or damage for which liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of a covered app due to feature additions, bug fixes, security measures, legal compliance, third-party service changes, operational reasons, or technical reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to these Terms or the covered apps, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Dreave App Supplement

Dreave is an iOS app that supports dream journaling and lucid dream training through dream journals, voice input, Reality Check, Night Mode, REM cycle estimation, AI analysis, and statistics.

Pricing
In v1.0, paid gates are disabled and all features are available free of charge. Dream Pass, Dreave Pro, subscriptions, Lifetime purchases, and other paid plans may be offered in future versions.
AI analysis
AI-generated analysis, comments, scores, estimates, and summaries are for entertainment, self-reflection, and journaling support only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
Health and safety
Dreave is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or medical advice. If you have epilepsy, psychiatric symptoms, sleep disorders, sleep paralysis, severe anxiety, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or health concerns, consult a physician or other qualified professional before use.

Visual Recovery 3D Training App Supplement

Visual Recovery 3D Training is an iOS app that provides visual training using random dot stereograms, Gabor patches, eye movement exercises, and related content.

Pricing
Basic features are available free of charge. If ads, additional features, ad removal, or other paid features are offered, the App Store and in-app displays apply.
Health and safety
This app is not a medical device and does not guarantee vision improvement, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or medical advice. Stop using the app immediately if you experience eye pain, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, abnormal vision, or other discomfort, and consult an ophthalmologist if necessary.
Minors
Children should use the app under the supervision and judgment of a parent or guardian.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, service features, or operating policies. If we make material changes, we will notify you by a reasonable method, such as in the app or on this website. Continued use after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
